When will I get my Permanent Fund Dividend (PFD)?

Global is not aware of the status or eligibility of your application prior to direct deposit. If you have any questions, please visit the PFD Division website at https://pfd.alaska.gov/ or call the PFD Division:

Helpful tip: if you set up direct deposit with Global, you must use your 13-digit account number.

How can I find out if my Permanent Fund Dividend (PFD) has been deposited?

If you have set up your PFD for direct deposit, you can use the Pending ACH tool to see the deposit up to one day before the money shows in your account. After the PFD has been deposited, you can see it by going into your Account History.

What is the best way to deposit my Permanent Fund Dividend (PFD) check?

If you want to expedite PFD deposit process, you can deposit your PFD quickly and easily by using the Global app.

You can also deposit your PFD check by using a deposit drop box or a depository ATM. To deposit your PFD check in-person, visit any branch. The drop boxes are checked several times a day.

How do I deposit or cash my child’s Permanent Fund Dividend (PFD) check?

Simply show a teller at any Global branch your picture id proving you are the parent or legal guardian of the child.

If your last name is different than your child’s, you will need to provide a legal document (such as a birth certificate or court document) to the teller confirming the parental or guardianship relationship.
